Heidi Fedoruk from Leading Edge Physio, Cash Mob St. Albert, honoured Plugged In Community Centre Organization, giving us time to spread awareness and to raise almost $400 as part of the Christmas Cash Mob at the Enjoy Centre on December 15th. Thank you Heidi for allowing us to talk about inclusion, while supporting small businesses in St. Albert!

Gretzie Parth and Aimee Parker, two St. Albert makeup artists donated a portion of the proceeds from their Glam School Workshop to the next Beautiful Me event. Additionally, both women are interested in volunteering their makeup services for the Beautiful Me event in 2017. Glam Artistry

We were honoured to be the recipients of CrossFit Edmonton’s 8th Annual “Fight Gone Bad” fundraiser, where we made fitness fun! Held October 29th, 2016, we raised just over $1,000 to help build our facility. Thank you, CrossFit Edmonton…you certainly have hearts as big as your muscles!

Plugged In Community Centre Organization is proud to announce that we are the recipients of the Spring Grant Program through the City of St. Albert Community and Social Development. This grant is awarded to local non-profit organizations that offer special projects for preventive social services that enrich and strengthen family and community life.
Plugged In is honoured to to be chosen to receive this grant that will go towards 2017 Beautiful Me.

November 2015

Students of St. Albert’s Desa School of Karate held a Karate Challenge on November 8, 2015. Plugged In was honored to be chosen as a recipient of a portion of the proceeds from that event. Board Members Sheila Chisholm and Angela Wallace accepted the donation at the dojo’s annual Christmas social on Friday, December 18, 2015.
